I am so excited to finally release Stereo Sessions 6 – The Double Intenders. What a fantastic band! Stereo Sessions 6 was my introduction to The Double Intenders, and I was completely blown away by their rich sound. They remind me a lot of The Sin City Band of West Grove PA whom I had recorded with Robin Eaton at Alex The Great. Actually I had seen The Double Intenders rock out with elecrtic guitars on Youtube reminiscent of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, but here they are so comfortable with the Stereo Sessions acoustic set. I hope you enjoy these classic songs and sound!

We are appropriately amped to present Normal The Board from Stereo Sessions 6!

Front man, Jonathan Frishberg aka Fish, started out at The Toy Box Studio in 2009 as a recording intern and then went on to great things. One of those great things is of course his fantastically magical band, Normal The Board. Making moves as only Fish knows how he enlisted the beautiful Amber Hansen on violin and bvs, the grooviest Daniel Sauls aka DeeJam on drums, and the orchestral Raymond Ridley on alto clarinet, alto sax, and flute. Fish writes songs of hope and encouragement that might make even Bob Marley seem like Debbie Downer. Normal The Board are making moves and pressing vinyl into 2014. So be on the lookout for the upcoming album early in the year!

We are excited to present The Katies from Stereo Sessions 6! The Katies came blasting out of the Murfreesboro scene in 1998 with their debut album, The Katies, produced by Joe Baldridge and released on Spongebath records. As an electric band they have a huge super ballad sound full of hooks and songs that keep you singing all day. Recently Jason Moore and Gary Welch put together a beautiful acoustic set which they brought to our last Stereo Session. Dripping with sweet harmonies and reverb we hope you enjoy The Katies!
